Saint-Veran Tradition 2021
White Wine / France / Burgundy / Saint-Véran AOC / 13,0 % vol.
The Saint Veran Tradition is a classic white wine that originates from the southern region of Burgundy. It is a flagship wine of the Collovray-Terrier family’s estate, dating back to 1983 when the family first created the wine. The Saint Veran Tradition is crafted entirely from Chardonnay grapes.
The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve its freshness, and the malolactic fermentation process is carried out depending on the vintage. For the 2021 vintage, this fermentation was done to add body and structure to the wine. Additionally, no sulfites are added until March/April after the harvest.
The Saint Veran Tradition offers a delightful bouquet of floral aromas combined with citrus notes. On the palate, it has a balance of mineral and buttery flavors, finishing off with a bittersweet citrus note. It is an excellent choice of wine for various occasions, be it aperitif, dinner, or just relaxing with a glass of wine on your terrace.
