Saint-Joseph is one of the favorite terroirs for the Syrah and this wine is a good example of it. 100% hand-picked grapes coming from granite soils. Slow fermentations and ageing in oak barrels for 14 months.
Notes of blackberry and blackcurrant are composing the first nose of the wine, aromas of black pepper are also appearing. The mouth is incredibly fresh and fruity. This wine has a big potential for ageing. But it can also be opened now if you don’t have the patience to wait!
