White Wine / France / Roussillon / AOP Côtes du Roussillon / 14,0 % vol.

Folio is a blend of Grenache gris and Grenache blanc, grown on a steep slate terroir facing the Mediterranean Sea, a wonderful ingredient to make a great wine! Wild yeast fermentation and 6 months of lees aging add depth and structure to the wine.

On the nose, the wine has fruity and floral notes, with aromas of white peaches and apricots. The mouth is well balanced between strongness and freshness, brought by the slate soil. Subtle hints of wood add complexity, and the finish is remarkably long, leaving a lasting impression.

This great white wine hails from the best Terroir in Roussillon and pairs wonderfully with chicken-based dishes.
