Fleur de Sel is an elegant wine blend of 90% Chardonnay and 10% Grenache. Half of the blend is aged in oak barrels, passing to the wine a creamy, buttery flavour that is balanced by crisp freshness of the stainless steel-aged half.
The wine’s bouquet is a captivating mix of oaky and buttery aromas, with delicate hints of floral notes. On the palate, Fleur de Sel presents citrus notes from the Chardonnay blending perfectly with minerality and freshness of the Grenache Gris.
The wine is a perfect match for white meat dishes with butter-based sauces, as well as fresh fish.
