Farniente is a pure rosé crafted for a gastronomic experience. It is a blend of Grenache gris and Grenache noir, cultivated on steep slate terrain. All vineyard work is meticulously carried out by hand, leaving no room for idleness.

The wine is made using saigne method, which gives this rosé a distinctive deep color. The bouquet is rich with hints of strawberries, herbs and spices. The palate is robust, highlighted by the pronounced minerality derived from the slate soil.

Farniente is a versatile wine, perfect for enjoying summer meals on the terrace, be it seafood, salads or light pasta dishes.
