This wine is insolent because it is so good and simple! 

A blend of grenache and syrah, the wine is crafted entirely in stainless steel tanks, using temperature-controlled fermentation techniques to preserve the freshness of the fruit and maintain its natural aromas. 

On the nose, the wine boasts a complex bouquet of ripe red cherry, juicy blackberry, and subtle spices such as black pepper and liquorice. The palate is rich with velvety texture, and soft, well-integrated tannins. The finish is long-lasting and balanced, making it a versatile wine that pairs perfectly with a wide range of dishes.
