This white wine cuvee from the estate Mas Cristine is a blend of more than 6 grapes varieties, creating a truly unique wine. To enhance its complexity, 40% of the blend is fermented and aged in old oak barrels.
Elegant and powerful, the nose offers an aromatic bouquet, with hints of white fruits, including peaches and apricots. The mouth is well balanced between refreshing acidity and strongness brought by the ageing in an oak.
A fantastic white wine from the Roussillon region, it can enhance a variety of dishes, from seafood to poultry and vegetarian foods.
